Delete your account

In the app

1. Open Clanfolio and sign in.
2. Go to More, then Delete my account.
3. Type DELETE and tap Delete my account.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in: your email address, name and password.
• Your place in your household.
• If you're the only person in your household: the household and everything in it, including accounts, balances, transactions, family members and categories.

If other people are still in your household, its accounts, balances and transactions are shared with them, so they stay. If you set the household up, the person who has been in it longest becomes its owner. The owner can delete the whole household from More → Delete household.

Deletion happens straight away and can't be undone.

Can't get into the app?

Email support@chasurasolutions.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my Clanfolio account”. We'll delete your account and data as described above within 30 days and reply to confirm.
